Our courses are provided solely for educational purposes. You agree to access the service only through authorized interfaces and to comply with applicable laws.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old or have parental consent.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You will provide accurate enrollment and billing information.

License and Restrictions

• We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access course content.
• Do not share access credentials, scrape content, or attempt to circumvent security.
• Do not disrupt classes, sessions, or platform operations.

Fees are displayed prior to enrollment and are charged in the currency shown at checkout. Taxes may apply based on your location. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method for the indicated amounts.

Billing

• Receipts are issued electronically to the email associated with your account.
• Failed payments may result in suspended access until resolved.
• Promotions or discounts are valid only within their stated periods.

Refunds, where applicable, follow the Cancellation section below.

You may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund if you have attended no more than two live sessions and have not downloaded restricted materials intended solely for enrolled learners.

How to Cancel

• Request cancellation via your account settings or by contacting support.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
• After 14 days, cancellations stop future billing for renewals (if any) but do not refund prior charges, unless required by law.

We aim to provide a supportive learning environment. You agree to be respectful toward peers and instructors. Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination is not tolerated and may result in removal without refund.

Community Standards

• Use clear language and constructive feedback during sessions.
• Do not record or distribute sessions without express permission.
• Keep discussions relevant to course topics and objectives.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will post updates on this page and revise the effective date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Notices

• Material changes will be announced in-app or via email where appropriate.
• Minor updates may be posted without additional notice.
• We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
